What to do after an accident
- Stay safe. Move to a safe place if you can. Call 911 if anyone is hurt.
- Exchange information with the other driver: name, phone, insurance, license plate.
- Take photos of all vehicles, the damage, the plates and the scene.
- Call us. We will tow the car and help you with the next steps.
- Report the accident to your insurance company. We can help with the claim.
Why tow to a body shop?
Towing straight to the shop that will do the repair saves time and extra storage and transfer costs. Your car is inspected quickly, and we can begin the estimate and talk to your insurer sooner.
Your car was already towed somewhere else? Call us. You have the right to choose your repair shop (read about your rights) and we can help you with the next step.
